China-Serbia cooperation projects are carried out in various fields and have achieved positive economic and social benefits. Our relations have set a benchmark for mutually beneficial cooperation and the Belt and Road cooperation and served as a role model for the cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries.

Wang Yi said that since the onset of COVID-19, China and Serbia have firmly stood side by side. The touching moments revealing our friendship have been engraved in the history of bilateral exchanges, vividly reflecting the "ironclad friendship" between China and Serbia. For China, Serbian friends are like our family. We genuinely feel the warm and spontaneous friendship of the Serbian people. China appreciates Serbia's consistent and strong support for China's core interests and major concerns. China cherishes Serbia's deep friendship and prioritizes China-Serbia relations in our exchanges with Europe. China is ready to pursue common development and share prosperity with Serbia. The two sides need to promote key projects of the Belt and Road cooperation, and expand collaboration in the green economy, clean energy, efficient energy use, Internet+, cross-border e-commerce, big data, cloud computing, smart city, 5G, and other fields to provide greater impetus for sustainable development.

Brnabic asked Wang Yi to convey her best wishes to Premier Li Keqiang. She extended congratulations on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). She said that Serbia attaches great importance to and actively supports the Global Development Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping and sincerely admires the remarkable achievements made by the CPC in eradicating poverty and promoting economic and social development. China sets an example for Serbia in forging our way ahead and boosts our confidence in following our own development path. The Serbian people will never forget China's timely assistance in Serbia's COVID-19 response, its selfless help in safeguarding our people's livelihood, and its active support for our rapid economic development. The Serbia-China friendship is unbreakable; our practical cooperation is fruitful. Cooperating with China is fully consistent with Serbia's practical and long-term interests. No matter how the international landscape evolves and what pressures we suffer, Serbia will resolutely pursue friendly policies toward China. We are ready to work with China to implement key projects of the Belt and Road cooperation, and enhance collaboration in infrastructure, the digital economy, artificial intelligence, and biotechnologies to push Serbia-China relations to a new level.

The two sides agreed to support and make use of the cultural centers established in each other's land to cement public support for the China-Serbia friendship.
