China Offers Emergency Humanitarian Aid to Indonesia

The Chinese government offered the emergency humanitarian aid of 500,000 U.S. dollars cash to the Indonesian government to help with its earthquake relief efforts after a powerful earthquake hit West Sumatra province, Indonesia on September 30, 2009. China's Red Cross also provided its Indonesian counterpart with 50,000 U.S. dollars cash.
