|Notice on requirements of both PCR Test and Anti-Body Blood Test for China-bound airline boarding|
In order to reduce cross-border transmission of Covid-19, starting from November 6th, 2020, foreign passengers who are to fly from Hungary to China will be required to take nucleic acid PCR and IgM anti-body tests before boarding the flights. The specific requirements are as follows:
I. Test Requirements
Passengers starting from Hungary and going to China by connecting flights must take nucleic acid PCR and IgM anti-body tests BOTH in Hungary and in the transit country. Sample taking time should be within 48 hours before boarding flights either to the transit country or to China. Foreign passengers must apply with the Chinese Embassies/Consulates in BOTH countries for certified Health Declaration Forms (HDF) with certificates of negative results of BOTH tests.Designated Hungarian test institutions can be found in Attachment I.
Passengers taking vehicles from Hungary to transit countries do not need to do the tests in Hungary.
II. Certified Health Declaration Forms (HDF)
Foreign passengers must email (1)scanned copies of BOTH PCR and IgM anti-body tests results, (2)passport information page, (3)signed HDFto the Chinese Embassy in Hungary at firstname.lastname@example.org.Please log on the websites of the Chinese Embassies/Consulates in transit countries for designated test places and email addresses. The two Chinese Embassies/Consulates will review and certify the two HDFs and email back to the passengers. Passengers need to print out the HDFs and bring to the airports for check in. The airlines flying directly to China will check the second HDF issued by the Chinese Embassies/Consulates in the transit country before boarding.
1.Please also keep seized with the notice updates on the websites of the Chinese Embassies/Consulatesin transit countries for regulations regarding boarding.
2.As most airports do not provide fast test services, passengers are advised to be cautious about transit choices.
3.Please read the requirements carefully and follow them accordingly. Failure to obtain the certified HDF with negative PCR and IgM anti-body tests results will lead torejection of boarding.
4.Please check the transit country's entry regulations and its PCR and IgM anti-body tests requirements beforehand. Failure to enter the transit country or meet the requirements regarding the tests, the HDFcould result in being stranded and more infection risks.Test reports should be carried when at the airports.
5.Strict self-protectionafter tests is strongly advised.
