Notice on new requirements for issuing the Health Code/Health Declaration Certificate

Currently, the global Covid-19 pandemic is still severe, and the risk of cross-infection during international travel is relatively high. The Chinese Embassy in Poland strongly recommend all passengers "Do not travel unless necessary". If you must travel to China, please pay attention to the following new requirements for issuing the Health Code/Health Declaration Certificate:

 

1. The Chinese Embassy in Poland will no longer issue Health Code or Health Declaration Certificate to those who depart from Poland and transit via a third country on journey to China. Passengers in Poland should take direct flights from Poland to China.

 

2. Passengers departing from a country that has direct flights to China should take direct flights and avoid transiting via Poland. The Chinese Embassy in Poland will no longer issue Health Code or Health Declaration Certificate to people from the country with direct flights to China.

 

3. Passengers departing from a country that does not have direct flights to China can take the flight to China from Poland, but before their arrival in Poland(regardless of the means of transportation they take), they must take nucleic acid test and antibody IgM test in their departing country and apply for green Health Code/Health Declaration Certificate in their local Chinese Embassy or Consulates. After arriving in Poland, they should take the double tests again at the laboratories designated by Chinese Embassy in Poland and apply for another green Health Code/Health Declaration Certificate from Chinese Embassy in Poland. The Chinese Embassy in Poland will no longer issue Health code or Health Declaration Certificate for those who did not conduct tests and obtain the Health Code/Health Declaration Certificate in the country where they departed .

 

4. Passengers should upload their itinerary, residence certificate, visa or other relevant documents as required to the online system when applying for the Health Code/Health Declaration Certificate. If the documents uploaded do not meet the requirements,it may affect the acquisition of the Health Code/Health Declaration Certificate. Travel delays or financial losses caused by non-compliance shall be borne by the passengers themselves.

 

5. According to the requirements of the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Plan" (Trial Eighth Edition), with the exception to the positive result of IgM and IgG antibody caused by Covid-19 vaccine, those who have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or tested positive for the nucleic acid test, IgM or IgG antibody test must provide a diagnostic certificate with CT or X-ray scans of the lungs issued by the local hospital, and take two separate nucleic acid tests (at least 24 hours apart,negative results ). In addition, a 14-day self-quarantine is also required. If the above requirements are met, they can take the nucleic acid and IgM antibody tests again within 48 hours before boarding. If both tests results are negative, the Embassy will issue the Health Code/Health Declaration Certificate.

 

6. The notice will be effective on February 22, 2021.
