Notice on Changing Method of Payment of Consular Fees

From February 1, 2019, the Chinese Embassy will introduce non-cash payment of consular fees (including Visa, authentication, notarization and Chinese passport service) in the Consular Office. All applicants should pay the consular fees at Bank of South Pacific (BSP).

The applicant is kindly required to pay the consular fees at BSP with the Pickup Form issued by the Consular Office if not receiving the call from the Consular Office after two working days since the applications are accepted. Please note that the Pickup Number should be written on the Bank Receipt. The applicant is required to present the Pickup Form, Bank Receipt and Deposit Note at the Consular Office and collect the documents.

A transitional period of one month (from February 1 to February 28) is granted for the applicant. During the transitional period, both cash and non-cash payment are acceptable. The Consular Office will stop accepting cash payment as of March 1, 2019.
