Consul General Zha Liyou Meets with Director General of Indian Chamber of Commerce

On September 20, Consul General Zha Liyou met with Rajeev Singh, Director General of the Indian Chamber of Commerce at the Consulate General to exchange views on further strengthening the pragmatic cooperation between the Consulate General and the Indian Chamber of Commerce.

The Consul General has reviewed the activities organized by the Indian Chamber of Commerce since he took office. He appreciated the long-term cooperation between the Chamber and the Consulate General and exchanged views on the business environment of West Bengal. He said that the Consulate General would give necessary assistance to the relevant events held by the Indian Chamber of Commerce.

Singh introduced the basic situation and the recent events of the Chamber. He thanked the Consulate General for its strong support for the work of the Chamber. He said that the Chamber would further strengthen communication with the Consulate General and do a good job in the practical cooperation between China and East India.

Sujoy Ghosh, Senior Assistant Director of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Consul Wang Lifeng attended the meeting.
